These Terms explain how we operate Glow Women Fitness Centre, what you can expect from us, and the responsibilities you agree to while training, booking classes, or using our facilities in Tiruchengode.

Key terms for your membership
Please read each point carefully. If you have any questions about how a term applies to your membership or a specific program, reach out and we'll clarify before your next session.
Acceptance of terms
- These Terms govern all use of Glow Women Fitness Centre's premises, programs, and services.
- By purchasing a membership, attending a class, personal training, or using our facilities, you agree to these Terms and any posted studio rules.
- If you do not agree, please do not use the facilities or services.
Eligibility & health commitments
- Members must be 18+; minors require written parent/guardian consent and supervision as directed by the studio.
- You confirm you are medically fit to exercise and will update us of any changes to your health.
- Pause exercise immediately and inform a coach if you feel unwell, dizzy, or in pain.
Medical clearance & special conditions
- Medical clearance may be required for pregnancy, post-natal recovery, recent surgery, cardiac, respiratory, or other conditions that affect exercise.
- Always follow the guidance of your doctor and our coaches. You are responsible for working within personal limits.
- Emergency contact details must be accurate and up to date.
Memberships, fees & renewals
- Memberships, passes, and personal training packages are payable in advance and may automatically renew per your selected plan.
- Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly offered in your plan.
- Cancelling, pausing, or transferring a membership must follow the notice periods and rules stated at purchase; outstanding dues must be cleared before changes take effect.
Booking, attendance & session changes
- Class spots are subject to availability. Late arrivals may lose their reserved spot for safety.
- No-shows or late cancellations may be charged or deducted from your pass as per your plan.
- Schedules, coaches, and programs may change; we will communicate material changes as early as possible.
Facility & equipment use
- Wear appropriate attire and clean, closed-toe footwear for training areas unless a class requires otherwise.
- Use equipment as instructed and return it after use; wipe down mats and equipment when finished.
- Food and open drinks are not allowed on the gym floor; keep aisles and exits clear at all times.
Personal property & lockers
- Lockers are provided for use during your visit only; please remove belongings when you leave.
- Glow Women Fitness Centre is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items brought into the facility.
- Avoid bringing valuables; secure personal items and keep lockers closed.
Children & on-site childcare
- Childcare is offered only during staffed hours and for the duration of your session; it is not a licensed creche.
- Provide accurate health/allergy information for your child and remain reachable while they are with us.
- We may require you to return to the childcare area if your child needs attention or for safety reasons.
Personal training & programs
- Personal training sessions are by appointment and may have expiry dates; missed sessions without required notice may be forfeited.
- Coaching advice supplements but does not replace medical advice. Always consult your doctor for medical questions.
- Program materials and content are for your personal use and may not be shared, recorded, or sold without permission.
Conduct & safety
- Respect fellow members, coaches, and staff. Harassment, abusive language, or unsafe behavior may result in suspension or cancellation without refund.
- Follow posted safety instructions and all coach directions, including capacity limits for any area.
- Report hazards or incidents to staff immediately so we can respond and document appropriately.
Photography, marketing & communications
- We may capture photos or short videos for safety review or marketing. If you prefer not to appear, tell the front desk or email us and we will honor your request.
- Do not film or photograph other members without their consent and staff approval.
- By sharing your contact details, you agree to receive essential service messages. You may opt out of marketing messages at any time.
Privacy & data
- We collect and process personal data (e.g., contact, health declarations) only to deliver services, safety, and legal compliance.
- Data may be stored with trusted providers; we apply reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You may request access, updates, or deletion of your data where legally permitted by contacting us.
Assumption of risk & liability
- Exercise involves inherent risks. You knowingly assume all usual risks related to physical activity and facility use.
- To the extent permitted by law, Glow Women Fitness Centre, its owners, and staff are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage arising from participation, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
Governing law & updates
- These Terms are governed by the laws of Tamil Nadu, India.
- We may update these Terms to reflect operational or legal changes. Updates take effect when posted on this page.
- Continued use of the facilities or services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
