Yoga at Glow isn't a side class — it's part of how we train women

We're not a yoga studio. We're a women-only fitness centre that takes yoga seriously — because for most women, the right week of training has strength on Monday, cardio on Tuesday, yoga on Wednesday, and so on. Yoga is one of the four pillars that keeps women's bodies strong, mobile, and steady.

Every weekly schedule includes 2–3 dedicated yoga or mobility sessions. Members come for strength and leave appreciating yoga; members come for yoga and discover they're also strong.

What we teach

Six yoga styles, scaled to your week

Vinyasa flow

Breath-led sequences linking poses — energising, builds strength and grace together. The most popular class on the schedule.

Hatha

Slower-paced, alignment-focused. Holds each pose for deeper engagement. Great for beginners and intermediate practitioners.

Restorative / yin

Long, supported holds with bolsters and cushions. Calms the nervous system. Ideal for stressful weeks and recovery days.

Prenatal yoga

Trimester-safe sequences — wide-stance squats, hip openers, side-lying poses, pelvic floor work and birth-prep breath.

Postnatal yoga

Gentle recovery sequences for new moms — pelvic floor reconnection, gentle core work, mobility for shoulders tired from feeding.

Cycle-aware yoga

Intensity scales to where you are in your cycle — easier flows on menstrual days, stronger sessions in follicular / ovulatory weeks.

What styles of yoga do you teach?

Vinyasa flow, hatha, restorative / yin, prenatal, postnatal, and cycle-aware yoga. Coaches scale every class to the levels of women in the room — beginners through advanced.

Do I need to be flexible to start yoga?

No. Flexibility is what yoga builds, not what it requires. Our beginner-friendly classes start with where your body is today.

Do you offer prenatal yoga?

Yes — trimester-safe prenatal yoga is part of our Pre-Natal Fitness program. We modify every pose for the trimester you're in.

Can I take a free yoga trial class?

Yes. Your first yoga class is free — at the studio or online. Book on this page and we'll confirm on WhatsApp within 24 hours.

What should I bring to a yoga class?

A mat (we have spares if you don't), water, comfortable clothes. For online classes, just a mat, a wall and water at home.
